E Uparjan Portal has been started by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for the farmers of the state. Uing this portal, all the farmers of the state can sell their Rabi and Kharif crops to the government at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) fixed by the government.
All farmers are required to register on this portal to sell their crops on the support price fixed by the government. Farmers who do not register will not be given any kind of benefit for Kharif crop.
A plan has been made by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to cover the entire Madhya Pradesh under MPE procurement. For this, monitoring of grain, wheat and paddy has been done in each district of Madhya Pradesh.
It has been found in monitoring that there are 2830 procurement centers, 708 runners and 2830 data entry operators in the wheat procurement system in Madhya Pradesh and 12834 farmers sell their wheat crop daily.
In this monitoring it was also found that there are 795 procurement centers, 199 runners and 795 data entry operators in the paddy procurement system in Madhya Pradesh and 4250 farmers sell their crops every day.

The main objective of releasing the e-procurement portal by the Madhya Pradesh government is to provide full support price to all the farmers of the state for their crops.

First of all you have to go to the official website of MP E procurement portal http://mpeuparjan.nic.in. After this the home page of the website will open as show in below image.
On this home page you will see the option of Rabi 2022 -2023, you have to click on this option. After clicking on the option, the next page will open in front of as show in below image.
On this page, you have to click on the link of Farmer Registration / Application Search in red circle and a new page will open in front of you.
Then new page open where fill all detail and complete the registeration process.
